YCS Auction a Big Success!

Thank you to volunteers and party go-ers alike for making this year’s auction such a great success.  Seeing the cafeteria transformed into an enchanted underwater kingdom, filled with the student’s art work and parents/friends was amazing.  While I think it is safe to say that everyone had fun, we also raised more than $70,000 for the school, making it one of the most successful auctions ever!

Mindfulness Workshop &  PTA Meeting on Thurs, March 23rd.

Please join us for  a Parent Workshop on  Mindfulness in the YCS Cafeteria at 9 am on March 23rd. Dr.Michele Galietta, a YCS parent,  will walk us through ways to be a better multi-tasker, how to regulate emotions and increase relaxation.  Immediately following the Seminar we will have the YCS General Membership meeting, where you can hear all about upcoming PTA activities and ways you can get involved. Michael Propper will also be attending  to talk more about Chess at YCS.

Family Friday for Grades K and 2

Stop by your child’s classroom on 3/24 at drop off to hear more about what they are learning in class and ways you can support them at home. Please note that First Grade Classes will not have Family Friday on 3/24
